These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Resto and form a binding legal agreement between you and Mastareeh for Information Technology, doing business as Resto.

Account Registration

- If an account is cancelled, Resto may retain personal data for up to one month where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or support purposes.
- If you request deletion after cancellation, Resto will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our retention obligations.

- Resto is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
