Free trial
The trial runs 14 days for operations, and 7 days for loyalty and menu. It starts when you activate it after your business is approved, not when you register.
One trial per business, with no bank card. It never becomes a paid plan by itself: when it ends you choose a plan to continue, and your data is retained.
Prices and VAT
Listed prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT.
Resto is not VAT-registered at present, so no VAT is added to your invoice. We will give you 30 days’ notice before that changes.
The subscription covers the software only. Hardware and printers, payment-provider fees, paid messages and external integrations are priced separately.
Payment and renewal
You pay monthly or annually. Annual is priced at 10 months and is paid for a full year.
We never take a payment automatically. We remind you before your subscription ends, and it renews when you pay for it.
Online payments are made on the provider’s secure page. Bank transfers require proof and confirmation that the funds arrived; uploading proof alone does not activate the plan.
Refund guarantee
If you ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we return it in full to the same payment method, or by bank transfer where that is not possible.

Cancellation
Cancel a monthly subscription any time; the service runs to the end of the month you paid for.
For an annual subscription after the fourteen days: no partial refunds, and the service runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Founders’ offer
The first 30 businesses to subscribe to a paid plan from 7 October 2026 keep their price for as long as the subscription continues without a gap, with full setup free.
If a subscription lapses and later resumes, the price published at that time applies.
Add-ons
Add-ons are added to your account by hand once you contact us; they are not bought from the website:
- Extra till: SAR 59 a month.
- Extra branch: SAR 249 a month per branch.
- Full remote setup: SAR 499 once, free on annual billing.
- On-site install visit in the Jazan region: SAR 199 per visit.
Referrals and partners
If a business subscribes to a paid plan through you, you each get a free month, added once they have made their first payment.
For accountants and café equipment suppliers: a commission of 20% of the first annual payment for every business that subscribes through you, by written agreement made before the referral.
Free months and commissions are added by hand after the payment is confirmed, and never against a free trial.
